Sound Healing

This is a journey inwards - come bathe in the healing vibrations of sound.

The event is an experience of slowing down and diving deep to feel all of the layers, and literally feel the vibrations.

A delicious treat made up of all the sweetest things. We begin with a relaxing breath practice, easing into the enchanting sounds of gongs, singing bowls, chimes and various other instruments.

Sound baths have the capacity to take you on a journey inwards, where the soothing sounds of the instruments assist in bringing you deeper into altered states of consiousness and helping you and your mind ease into relaxation.

This event will be held once a month (ish) to give you the opportunity to come along and settle into a different kind of practice, bringing you back to y o u.

The Art of Touch

Our bodies are temples of wisdom that carry so much information. This is a space to explore the healing art of touch, a way to reconnect to ourselves and others. We play with giving and receiving, learning how to cultivate harmony in both body and mind.

This 3 and a half hour workshop is designed for you to lean into your intuition, a space where we deepen our relationship and understanding of touch. Let this be an invitation to draw back in and feel into your ability to be, hold, move and play.

Yin and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Traditional Chinese Medicine is built on the understanding of connection all around. Human health relies on the balance of the mind, body and spirit and our relationship to the outside world. In TMC there are five elements, (which correlate with the seasons) and according to it, we are made up of all of these elements. When our energy is flowing freely the five elements are said to be in balance.

Just as with everything in nature the elements are interconnected. Each element supports and gives space to the next one in the cycle and this is a theme we’ll explore in each practice.

Once a week, for five weeks we’ll come together and practice, feel, dive inwards. You’ll get something to work with after each session - this way we can integrate what we learn off the mat as well.

For each of the weeks we’ll dive into one of the elements:

Metal

Water

Wood

Fire

Earth

Five classes where you’ll learn about the elements, seasons, organs and meridians. This is NOT a training, but a softening into the late autumn evenings in the form of a Yin Yoga practice.
