This autumn, we invite you to gather in community for a yoga retreat that honours the turning of the season, timed with the Autumn Equinox.

The Equinox is a time when light and dark share the sky as equals. This threshold invites us to reflect, release and realign with the deeper rhythms of nature and ourselves. Just like the lights and dark co-exist, so do the feminine and the masculine. During our time together, we’ll explore both energies within us.

As always, the retreat will be made up of all things sensuous - with a little something extra this year.

Think yoga, somatics, movement, myofascial release and breath.

Rituals, stillness and meditation.

Saunas, scrubs and sounds.

Shared seasonal meals.

And of course - time to be.

Autumn Equinox

Friday : the evening Yin practice will allow for you to soften after your week, settling you in to your surroundings.

Saturday : we'll have a slow morning made up of meditation, pranayama and an energizing flow practice to wake you up and ease you into the day. We will spend time in nature, dive into a workshop of journalling and smudge sticks, followed by some relaxing in the sauna and palju. The evening practice will be one of Yoga Nidra that will melt into a Sound Bath of bowls, gongs and chimes.

Sunday : we continue we enjoy soak it all up so that you’ll feel nourished and nurtured.

What’s included?

Villa Saga

This is a stunning retreat space, set out in the countryside of Kirkkonummi.

You’ll find everything to ease you into your stay. Let yourself be taken care of and enjoy the quiet serene surroundings.

The rooms are shared 3 bed - rooms. Each bed has curtains providing some privacy.

You will also be provided with sheets, a towel, face towel and linen robe.
